He shared this information in an interview with the YouTube channel Pressing.
Our current plan for this year is ambitious. We aim to receive 60 billion dollars in assistance from our partners. Many countries have already announced this support. Approximately 40 billion has been announced, and with the European loan, it actually exceeds 60 billion.

Fedorov identified Germany, Norway, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Denmark as the countries currently providing the most significant support to Ukraine. He stated that these nations have already incorporated provisions for such assistance to Ukraine in their budgets for the years 2027-2028.
It’s crucial that these provisions are backed by actual funds. Therefore, the current trend is generally positive. An increasing number of countries are focused on how to attract technologies from Ukraine and further develop their own capabilities. This requires us to maintain a proper balance.
