Hennadiy Viter responded to Solokha’s accusations of “extorting money” for a performance

The producer of “Music Platform”, Hennadiy Viter, has addressed the singer Solokha’s claims of demanding $5,000 for a performance. In a comment to RBC-Ukraine, he explained that it is a commercial project and there is “no demand” for Solokha.

– Who is the investor in this project? The viewer who buys tickets with their own money for the names of the artists. The artists, by whose names the viewer is ready to buy these specific tickets. I apologize, but we have no demand for the singer Solokha, – stated the singer.

According to the producer, Solokha’s performance was filmed, but the situation became complicated due to allegedly canceled commercial agreements with sponsors.

– For several days, the singer Solokha actually set traps for me, had hysterics, anything else. But the final straw was when her husband called me. After that, the team decided: we are not working with the singer Solokha and we will not air her performance, – emphasized Viter.

Solokha had previously complained that money was extorted from her “fraudulently.” The singer believes that an artist should not have to pay to participate in “Music Platform.” The artist admitted that the unpleasant situation occurred a year ago; she wanted to talk about the media, but was then stopped by pregnancy.

Kamaliya publicly supported Solokha. She stated that Hennadiy Viter “cheated her out of a lot of money.”

“Music Platform” is an annual concert featuring popular stars, held since 2017.
